I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is right on the main street with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. The service at this place was outstanding, from the friendly staff to the efficient room service and housekeeping. I also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service, which made it easy for me to get around.

I recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Small wellness center but nice one. I don't know how it looks like when there are more than ~10 persons at the same time who want to use wellness pool and sauna but during our stay it was comfortable enough. Room is also comfortable, breakfast is good (tea, coffee, juices, some fruit, cheese, bacon, fresh bread, lots of salads) and overall impression of atmosphere is good. During spring and summer is probably even better, because they have nice garden and breakfast room is just beside it (in glass windows) You can pay your bill with VISA or other credit/debit card but if it is not in HUF, then they take some provision for your currency (even for EURO). We payed our bill with cash, in EURO so all went fine.

No currency exchange in hotel and overall lack of information about it which I didn't expect from one hotel. It turned out that there is no place in Harkany where you can change money, but fortunately we found exchange in Tesco in nearby town, Siklos, with fair rate.

It was a great new year experience! The spa facilities were top notch and the massage was so relaxing. What we loved the most was the location - close to the thermal baths and lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed, including free wifi and a safe.

The breakfast was not up to our expectations. The eggs were cold and overcooked, and the coffee was not drinkable.

Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were overcooked and often cold, and there were no bacon options.
